Guarantee and Refund Policy

While I promise to give you the full force of my expertise and attention, I can’t guarantee your success because it is related to too many factors beyond my control (a few examples):

  • demand for your offer
  • pricing vs perceived value of your offer
  • the level of competition and number of competitors
  • your budget
  • your profit margins
  • ad networks system and/or policy changes
  • your history with Google/AdWords
  • technology failures:
    • 404 page errors
    • wrong phone numbers
    • shopping cart problems
    • merchant account problems
    • email failures
    • tracking code problems
  • landing page quality
  • choice of and strength of your calls to action
  • relevancy between your targeting/landing page
  • natural disasters or acts of terror, etc.

I also don’t guarantee any amount of impressions, clicks, leads, or sales as a result of consultation. We both know that, but by making payment for consultation you are agreeing to hold me harmless for any results related to this service.

Some of my strategies don’t pay off right away. Even some simple strategies for Google take time to be approved (especially display and video ads) and take time to build up impressions, so you may not get your investment back in the first 30 days. For other strategies, it takes time to do the research, formulate the right strategy, and implement the plans.

Those already making sales invariably see a faster return on investment. My advice is suited extremely well to help people build a content network account the RIGHT way from the start. So as long as you understand it’ll take more time to make profits for brand new projects, I’m very open to working with you on them.

If you are working with Google AdWords, you also understand that Google’s systems are constantly changing. While I do my very best to stay on top of the latest information, techniques and strategies for setting up, managing and optimizing AdWords accounts, there are times when Google makes policy changes or adjustments to their system that I am not aware of.

Because I can’t get my time back, there are NO REFUNDS for consultations.
